Product Description
BPC-157 + TB-500 Blend combines two synthetic research peptides used in experimental models involving cell migration, vascular signaling, cytoskeletal activity, and tissue-response pathways. BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide, while TB-500 is identified by the FDA’s substance registry as the N-terminally acetylated 17–23 fragment of thymosin beta-4, with the sequence Ac-LKKTETQ.
Research involving BPC-157 has examined its effects on endothelial-cell migration, nitric-oxide production, and Src–caveolin-1–eNOS signaling in cell and isolated-tissue models. Thymosin beta-4 research is associated with actin binding, cytoskeletal organization, and cellular-migration processes; however, findings involving the full thymosin beta-4 protein should not automatically be attributed to its shorter TB-500 fragment. The combined formulation is therefore best positioned for controlled laboratory studies comparing or jointly evaluating these distinct peptide-associated pathways rather than claiming a proven synergistic effect.
