What are peptides?
Peptides are precisely structured chains of amino acids used as essential tools in advanced laboratory research. All products offered by Unique ChemX are supplied strictly for in vitro research use only.
Are your peptides for human or animal consumption?
No. All products are intended strictly for in vitro research use only and are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use.
Are your research products legal to purchase?
Yes. Our products are legal to purchase for legitimate laboratory research purposes. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
Do I need a prescription to order?
No prescription is required. Purchasers are responsible for lawful research use and regulatory compliance.
Product Quality & Testing
How pure are your peptides?
All peptides are manufactured to a purity of ≥98%, verified through High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
Are your peptides tested?
Each batch undergoes HPLC purity testing, independent third-party Mass Spectrometry verification, and endotoxin testing. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available.
Handling, Reconstitution & Storage
How do I reconstitute a peptide?
Peptides are typically reconstituted using bacteriostatic water, sterile water, or other lab-grade solvents. Proper sterile laboratory technique should always be followed.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at appropriate cold temperatures. Once reconstituted, store at -20°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Prompt and proper storage upon delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes within the U.S.
How are peptide products packaged?
Orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
What if my package is delayed or marked delivered but not received?
Carrier delays are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds. If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, customers must contact the carrier to initiate a claim. We will assist where reasonable but do not guarantee replacement or refund without carrier confirmation.
Orders, Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Tiered pricing is available for larger quantity orders.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be canceled or modified only before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. There is no cancellation fee for orders canceled prior to shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final once an order has shipped. Replacements, refunds, or store credit may be issued only at the discretion of Unique ChemX for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Documentation, including photos of the product and packaging, may be required. Return Authorization (RA) is required before any item is returned. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
What situations are non-refundable?
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened, used, or partially used products
- Products with broken seals, altered labels, or signs of tampering
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Customer ordering errors once the order has shipped
- Carrier delays or delivery issues not confirmed by the shipping carrier
- Final sale or clearance items
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the issue was caused by Unique ChemX.
- All returns must follow instructions provided with the RA.
- Customers are responsible for prompt storage and handling of temperature-sensitive products.
