All products sold by Unique ChemX are designated strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use only and are not intended for any other purpose.

2. Absolute Prohibition on Human or Animal Use

Unique ChemX products are not for human or animal use. Any form of bodily introduction into humans or animals—by any route, including but not limited to injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, implantation, or any other administration—is strictly prohibited.

IN NO EVENT SHALL UNIQUE CHEMX’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unique ChemX and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Unique ChemX is a chemical supplier. Unique ChemX is not:

• • A compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; or

  • An outsourcing facility as defined under 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

11. Compliance With Laws

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state (including Georgia), and local laws and regulations related to purchase, possession, transport, storage, handling, use, and disposal.
