Description
Dihexa is a synthetic small-molecule research compound, not a peptide. It is described in supplier and reference databases as an angiotensin IV analog that is orally active and blood-brain barrier permeable, and it has been studied in preclinical research for its interaction with hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)/c-Met signaling and related synaptogenic pathways.
In published animal research, Dihexa has been reported to improve spatial learning and memory in APP/PS1 mice, increase synaptophysin expression, reduce markers of glial activation and inflammation, and activate the PI3K/AKT pathway. These findings are preclinical research observations and should not be presented as established human-use claims.
